How to make PE Tubes?

Pulling Tubes: Drawing the hose body according to diameter and length.
Heading: Molding the corresponding shoulder.
Printing: 1-8 color silk screen, offset, or hot stamping.

ABL, PBL and Aluminum Tubes

For ABL/PBL, we use specific material sheets (270, 350, 390 high-gloss) followed by reverse UV or offset printing. Aluminum tubes involve a specialized flow: tube flushing, annealing, internal spraying, primer coating, and tail glue coating.
