Can I have a custom design?
Yes. We specialize in producing customized glass bottles with a professional design team. It typically takes 15-20 working days for new molds and samples.
Can I get a sample?
For inventory products, samples are free (courier fees apply). For customized products, a sample fee is charged and refunded once the order is confirmed.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Normally our MOQ is 5000pcs. However, for some bottles kept in stock, the MOQ can be as low as 300pcs.
What about the delivery time?
For new products, batch delivery is 20-30 working days after payment. If we have inventory, we can ship within 3 days after confirmation.
Can we do printing on the bottles?
Sure. We offer silk screen printing, hot stamping, silver printing, frosting, color spraying, decals, polishing, plating, and label stickers.
How do you handle defective or broken bottles?
Please provide clear photos of the issue. For quality-related issues, we will replace the damaged items in your next order.
